The ledger

By placing an order you agree that prices are USD, that we reprice from our catalogue, and that payment is COD or transfer — not a card gateway.

You must be the owner of the email you give us. Confirmation is sent there. Save the order number even if mail is slow.

Bank transfers must match the exact total and use the order number as reference. We mark paid when the atelier sees the WhatsApp screenshot.

COD outside Pakistan may be converted to transfer if the courier refuses cash. Bridal and cut unstitched cloth follow the returns page.
