Stitched pieces may be discussed within seven days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with tags. Custom and heavily embroidered bridal is made to be kept.

Write to the atelier with your order number before you post anything back. International return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong piece. Unstitched suites that have been cut by a tailor cannot return.

Sale of a gharara is not a fitting-room. Use the size guide. If you are between sizes, take the larger. We do not offer free recuts after dispatch.

Refunds, when agreed, are returned by the same path you paid — transfer back, or courier settlement for COD — not through a card processor we do not have.
