What we keep
Orders store your name, email, phone, and address so we can sew, pack, and write to you. We do not sell this.
The bag lives in your browser. The order lives in our database. Admin access is password-gated. We do not run analytics pixels on this site.
To ask for deletion, write from the email on the order via the contact page. We will remove or anonymise what the law and our packing records allow.
Payment screenshots are not stored here. They live on WhatsApp if you send them.
